This website is run by Suite Grey Matters Pte. Ltd., Singapore. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Who is responsible

Suite Grey Matters Pte. Ltd. is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy request, write to info@grey-matters.com.

What we collect

When you ask for our portfolio — your email address, the page you were on, the time, your browser type, and a scrambled fingerprint of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address (used to limit abuse). When you open the download link, we record that it was opened.
When you browse — anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type). They use no cookies and do not identify you.
Motion on a phone — if you allow it, the tilt of your phone moves the image. It is used on your device only and is never sent or stored.

Lawful basis (PDPA)

Consent — the portfolio request. You give it by sending the form; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us (s.16).
Legitimate interests — visit statistics and keeping the site secure (First Schedule, Part 3).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use these processors:

Vercel (hosting, visit statistics).
Supabase (database, storage of the portfolio file).
Resend (sending the portfolio email).
Our own client-relationship system, where portfolio requests are recorded.

Fonts and scripts are loaded from Google Fonts, unpkg and jsDelivr; like any web server, they see your IP address when your browser asks for a file.

Transfer outside Singapore (PDPA s.26)

These providers may process data outside Singapore. Each maintains protection standards comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

A download link stops working after 7 days. We keep your portfolio request until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights (PDPA s.16, 21, 22)

Access · correct · withdraw consent · ask us to delete · lodge a complaint with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). Email info@grey-matters.com — we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

None. A short note is kept in your browser for the length of your visit, so that the opening plays only once; it is erased when you close the tab.

Changes

We will note material changes here with a new effective date.
